Slip rental for 2011

I don't go on that virus cesspool site. :smt021

Can you post some of the pics here ??.

Well, if we want to start factoring in the WHOLE YEAR (winter included), add another 1100 onto my 2600 for pullout and storage.

I only have a few posts because for 7 years I had a sportboat and was on Offshoreonly.com, then two years ago I nearly bought a 390 Sea Ray, but the deal fell through. Last year I finally did buy one and spent the whole summer working on it instead of being on CSR! Now winter is taking forever so I've got plenty of time to buy crap on ebay, and make posts on forums!

Nice!!
Our's went up $120 we are now paying $2850.00 + Tax includes Water and Electric...I'm starting to feel it!:wow: Todd

"+ Tax" ? You have to pay tax on something you rent? Is this the case for others here too?

Anyway, Ours went up a little mid season last year. I'm at about $3k. 12 months, 30' covered, spider spray:lol:, water & cable included. Power is on me.

I guess for us it depends on what you call "tax". Part of our slip fee goes back to the city.

Mine went from $205 to $219/month. 60 x 20 Covered Slip and that includes water. I pay electricity separately.

That is just crazy cheap. A slip that size in our marina is at least
$800 per month covered plus elec.

I pay $365 per month for 15x40 covered. Differnce might be suburban, rural,or near urban marinas.

Mine sits on her trailer in the compound with a river view, inc electric and water $65NZ/month ($780/year). I have use of a water blaster, workshop and at a small daily charge covered workshop if needed.

$660 per month plus electricity for a 50' covered berth.

$580.00 per month, ($6,960.00 annually) plus electric and TAX, yes Dorothy they add tax here.

But I am trying to get it down to $480.00 a month (($5760.00 annually) see this link,

These are probably the bests covered slips in Jacksonville. Combined with the location and the all concrete construction to include overhead, they offer very good hurricane protection.

Wow.....I'm spoiled. $400 a year (May-Oct) with water and electric. We are a non-profit club with 54 docking slips and 125 trailer boat members. It costs $100 to keep your trailered boat on the property for the summer. We only have 10 miles of river to run on but it's beautiful and clean. We keep our costs low because all the members are required to attend work days. Last year we had 2100 donated hours by members. Our retired members keep the place spotless! Our biggest problem are 150 Canadian Geese that won't leave and they can leave a mess! Dogs and a shotgun do help but it's a daily chore, Mike.

Ahhh, that makes sense. I thought you might have asked a question that Gary replied to and you got scared off!!:smt043
Look, you've tripled your posts in one day. Be careful, this is a slippery slope my friend!!

I am on two waiting lists.

My home port of Whittier Alaska, the waiting list is about 15 years. Afraid to ask about the cost.

I am also on the waiting list in Kalama WA on the lower Columbia River. There are only two guys ahead of me there and if a 30' slip comes open, they will go there as I am on the 35' list. At Kalama it is $130.00 per month, covered slip with electric and water.
