Slip rental for 2011

CDN$3,050 plus 13%HST for year includes outside uncovered winter storage (shrink extra), spring launch, fall hauling, pressure wash, and blocking. Unlimited pump outs, and 30amp power and water at the slip included.

16'x58' and a 22'x10' $4900.00 per year, electric is metered. One haulout a year, great pool and campground and a restuarant with the "best bloodymary west of the Mississippi" of course Missouri is just across the bridge. Being on the river where I can go to Chicago and south to the gulf "priceless"

$100 per foot + an extra $100 for the town. For me, that's $2500 for the season (April - November). Floating docks, metered electric, pumpout, pool and small man-made beach area with view of the Susquehanna river; however, not a full service marina; no haul out capability, no store, etc. Condos and slips, kinda nice.

I paid $250 last year for dry stack and moving back to Elm Hill Marina on Percy Priest this Spring. Paying $233/mo for 12x28 "new" covered slip. These guys have spent a TON of money on the marina making it the nicest around. Well worth the money IMO. Water and electric included.

$1900/yr. (April - 01 November) if we slip with someone right next to us, or $2500/yr. if we want a single (no one next to us). Last year we did the single, but we are thinking of saving a few bucks this year and getting into a double. It's hard because it's smaller spoart boats where we are and a lot of people come barreling into slips - I don't want to get hit. It's a toss up as $600/yr. is a lot of cake.

$2850 May 1st thru Oct 15th includes water and electric 14x36 covered slip. This is a new location for us this year. The lake is about 35,000 acres on the missouri. This is also South Dakotas largest State Park so lots of stuff for the kids!

Boat Club Membership $350.00 per year. Covered Slip 12'x26' $1285.0 per year. Free water, Electric about $60.00 per year if you are in all year. Cable TV- $40.00 per year. Gas, Pum-out, Bathhouse - 8 min from my house priceless !!!

With the 260 I'm looking to buy in the next 2 weeks, I'm looking at 275/mo or 3,300 for the year for dry storage. 12 mos, unlimited ins/outs and a couple free days of wet slipping/electric a month.

I own my slip and it costs $1,500 in condo fees plus $500 in property taxes (it is in New Jersey). The water in the slip gets changed twice a day, but I have to pay extra for electricity.

$5,350.00 for 12 months electric, cable and water included as well as the use of the pool and health club. We love it, Lodge of the four season's Lake Ozark.
