$5,200 per year....includes all the water I can float in....but the electric is extra.....BUT, I'm looking at a covered slip down river a mile for a little less. I could move to another uncovered slip and save $1,400....decisions

Mine went from $205 to $219/month. 60 x 20 Covered Slip and that includes water. I pay electricity separately.

$3400.00 includes electric and water for a 41'x16'. The marina usually wants $4200.00 for this size slips but I always find an owner who is trying to sell his slip and see if he will rent until sold. So far so good! Strictly April 1st - First week of Nov.

Winter is slightly less with haul out, power wash, winterizing all systems, shrink wrapping, and blocking.

I pay over $4,100 plus $150 surcharge for electric. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's the gift that keeps taking!
