Bimini Trip 2013

I am thinking Memorial Day weekend as that give me the best time to get away for the long weekend as I had mentioned. But, lets get some dates going here and see what everyone else thinks as well. Not saying I can't go another time because I can but April is a little early but then again, what the hell. As long as the Kalik is cold right. Also might be a good time to fish over there early for some fins or maybe some late hoos.

Let's tentatively decide on a departure date and return date, at least for now. Memorial Day is Monday 5/27. How about leaving Thursday May 23 and returning Monday, 5/27. If we want one more day, it could be added before of after.

For now, I would say mid April would be the earliest we should plan the trip. Late May is Memorial Day which provides for a long weekend but if the group wants to look in June, that's OK too. There aren't any long weekends in June (in case that is important). most trips like this are 4-6 days.

So based on your post, you won't be attending your boat club's trip because it is too long?

You're correct the yacht club trip is way too long for us, Memorial Day may work, will have to let you know nearer the time, we've had some staff issues lately :smt089. Sounds like a great trip:) Know the guys will like the look of the beer!

I'm new to the club here, but I think I'd be interested in a trip like this! I'll have to talk to the boss to see if that would work for her and my son, but we may be able to make Memorial Day week-end work. Put me down for a "maybe" at the moment. I'll keep watching the thread...
