I agree that the inlets usually are most difficult, but once you get passed it and go in to dipper water things will get better. We were on a trip few years ago during effy weather. The ICW was fine, but when we approach an inlet to go out in the ocean even the bigger boats were rocking. I was on my 320DA at the time and all I did was slow down to adjust the speed to take the waves properly without beating the boat and the crew. As we headed out further in to deeper water and changed the direction things were much different and we were able to continue on to our destination. I know that it's different judging by not being there, but take it as a suggestion to try in the future.
