We don't either Zach. about once every month or two, I wet it down, sprinkle Bar Keepers Friend on it (oxalic acid), brush it against the grain, let it sit 10 minutes and rinse. Looks great. About every 5 years, have it sanded to remove any raised grain and that's it for us...We don't treat ours with any sealer. We do get it specifically cleaned each spring. Should be done in the next couple weeks and will post pictures. I thought I liked the sealed look but once we saw how it looked after the "deep cleaning" we left it.
