I just completed my first manifold riser job ,It went pretty well,my only concern is I never used a torque wrench before .Some of the bolts where over tightened, After learning how the bolts are now at factory specs . Does anyone see a possible problem ? I haven't started it up yet.

Hi I have a 1999 215 express repowered from a 220 HP to a 275 HP the boat is now slower with the new motor .wanted to change the the prop and was told by a prop outfit there is nothing that can be done.I don't believe this.Any ideas Dave

Hi I have a 1999 215 express .I put in a 305/350 motor left old outdrive,with stock prop. Problem is after a 25 or so hours the prop spins out.I talked to the place that sold me new prop. He thinks I need less pitch and a 4 blade prop. Also the boat was faster with the smaller old motor.anyone...
