Transom mounted grill side tables

Todd. Great idea. I need one. My rail is not on the transom door like yours. It is just behind the rear seat and forward of the transom door hinge. I would think the support leg would need to have some adjustment to level the table for different setups?

Hi Mike
Do you have a pic? My idea is to send an aluminum bimini tube that can easily be cut to length depending on how far your transom door is away from keeping the table level.
Thanks for looking.

Envision the table being 24"L (side to side) x 11" wide(deep). For yours, depending on the distance between the railing center and the drop off of the flat transom door top until it breaks and slopes down the transom door, straight mounts (x 2) may be better. Also if you can verify your railing is 7/8" V. 1" will help.

Thanks Mike

I agree on the method of mounting. Have a look.

OK, I'm in. PM sent!
Thanks Brian

A 2" +/- wood edge trim would keep any messy spillage on the tray and not running down the back of your boat.

I have a drawing I just finished for the edge. It won't be spill resistant as far as liquids go but will look great. I will cut, rout and install tomorrow. It just keeps getting better.
