Official 330 Sundancer Thread

Sorry to keep asking such newbie questions but you are all such a wealth of great info! I searched and got some conflicting answers re: the windshield screw cover. So I called TMS and was told I needed 2 different covers - 8349030 @. $3.70 a foot, 13 ft needed, for the front and 41100016 @ $5.00 a ft , 15 ft needed, for the wings. Now I'm really confused as I had never seen this second one mentioned for my boat? Any feedback? Also they have a $25 handling charge and a $25-30 ship chg!

I'm not sure what that is about. When I ordered mine from TaylorMade a few years back, it was one long piece. I had to cut it to length for each section but, it was all the same material.

I'm putting an overlay platform on this spring. I'll update with pictures as soon as I have it.

has anyone replaced the vent window seal? at heavy rains my dash is soaked????

thanks
Saverio
I haven't replaced mine but I do have a small leak there. When I took apart my windshield frame to get it powdercoated, I made a small tear in one corner of that seal as I removed it. I reinstalled it with the tear in an upper corner & put a little black silicone on it. It drips a little in the heavy rain so I put a cup or bowl up there. I believe Dancin Dave posted something in the past about getting one for his boat (diff model). I did a quick google search & found this:

Haha! Yes it is Severio!! Try Treasure Island & ask for a price. I believe they are in Panama City Fl, or close to there. I know Frank Webster has given them great reviews & that's good enough for me!

Wanted to share some projects. I installed the teak weave flooring and I received a new table for my birthday.

Morning Todd

I picked it up on ebay around xmas time. I was able to work a deal with the guy. he also sold me the raw material which was a lot cheaper and I did both platforms on my own.
thanks for the nice words

Anytime the charge for admission is a beer and a boating story lol
Haha! Done! You are at Leeward Cove if I remember correctly, yes? I am over at Baypoint Marina (still says Tabats on most charts though)

Hi all. I have a 330 express 1995. 7.4 Bluewater. When put in yesterday it began to heat up. When throttled up to 3000 rpm it cooled back to normal. New impeller and stat. Antifreeze full. Thoughts?

Getting some h2o in the center floor locker areas, where the shower sump box is located, and the floor locker forward of that.. Over 2" deep... Pretty puzzled.. Any ideas ? Looks like left over from last fall, missed looking when she was put away.. Have wet Vac'd out, cleaned up with Clorox wet wipes, staying dry...
