Winter Project: Made a new table top out of 4/4 cherry. Finish is three coats of semi-gloss polyurethane.

The install will look better than covering the old table top with a cloth:

No, gonna hold off on adding the folding feature to the table. We'll see if it is necessary before I go chopping it up.
Not remodeling the house. That is just one little corner of the basement.

Got my new custom made (by me :smt001) table installed. Hard to get a good picture, but, it does look really good. I like the rich tones of cherry wood. Now I am wondering why I put up with the stock table for so long.
