Forgot to mention, the access door on the starboard side needs to be removed with the frame (and not just remove the door). this will give you some additional room to squeeze your shoulder thru the opening. and yes, you need a 7/16" deep socket.Has anyone removed the curved backrest on the starboard side? Of course, I am experiencing some rot and want to remove it. I can see that there are screws into the fiberglass below the arch but I am at a loss as to how to get to the back side of this bolster to remove it. Suggestions?
Thanks!
That's just what I was afraid of. I am 6'3 and 220 pounds. This sounds like a lot of fun.........maybe if I buy the Mrs. a bottle of Champagne and hand her the tools. Hmmmm. I was actually thinking of removal of the speaker bolster and trying to get through that way.
you might fit....bring some lubricant. Short people can't reach it. You can't get at it from the top.
It may help if you were a bit more descriptive. What rollers are you talking about, the sliding doors?Hi
I've for some time tried to find where I can find the upper roller brackets for the mid-cabin in my 2001 410 EC. I've also tried to post the same question here some months ago, but without any result. Any suggestions anyone? I'm not able to insert any image by some reason, but I hope you know which rollers I'm looking for.
