the girls all went away because of the delay...probably they are now adorning the bow sunpad of a luckier guy with a boat that can actually navigate... :smt013:smt013:smt013
Hi Pietro,
When you purchased your winshield screw cap and trim, did you rebed the class at the same time? Do you have the details of your order with Taylor? I would appreciate it if you could scan that & PM me. I am having problems with water leaking down the inside of the stb windshield post. That is where the wires for the wiper motor comes down into the galley area. My cap and trims are looking extrmely tired. I really need to resolve this immediately. Other than the fact that you undertook a complete restoration of your boat, were you experiencing any water leaks?
I am going to cut in a new hatch into my bathroom floor this morning. Were there any obstructions when you did yours? I looks like you started about 4" out from the door and the shower entrance.

Nice! Do you need to get a running start to get on the boat?
I see you mounted a sat dish? What type?- don't suppose ya got DirecTV over there, do ya?
If you don't have one already, I suggest you get a full mooring cover made to protect your investment. Ever since I had mine made (IIRC, it was about $800) I regretted not doing it sooner. Everything stays clean, keeps the sun off the seating and more importantly- the teak covering boards. I only need to slap varnish on them once or twice a year at the most now that they're kept outta the sun.
BELLO!!!
So, first problem…the new circulation pump I ordered from March Pumps is 60Hz (their mistake)… so I am now waiting for a replacement one rated at 50/60. This means no air conditioning at the mooring for the moment… :smt013
