Thank you. That is almost exactly the RPMs I shoot for. With a full tank of fuel, full tank of water and 5 people on board I was hitting approximately 23-25MPH at 3750 RPMs. Appreciate the feedback.

Hey folks. Was out Saturday and my Speedo is not working. I did just change out GPS and had to wire so the first thing I will check is any wires coming to/from speedo. Aside from that, where is the speedo pickup in the water? Outdrive? Hull?
