40' enclosed boathouse (I own it), 10 minutes from home, nice yacht club, fuel dock, lots of free parking... but I pay for it... $5700 / 12 months.
I could get away with a smaller boathouse but I like the space. I've decked in the extra space behind the boat and put a table and chairs in there. We decorated it too with pirate stuff and old oars / ropes / cleats / glass floats... etc. It's a cool place to hang out
Plus for the clean-up it's nice to be able to walk all around it and walk off the swim grid right onto the dock... never mind me, I'm just trying to justify all the money I spend on boating...

Leafy Isle, I'm at North Saanich marina... which one are you at? There's a boat like yours on... I think it's 'T' dock where I am... is that you?

I was at North Saanich last winter, moved over to Westport in April.......on the wait list for Cap City Yacht club... one can only hope.

It's $262 per month in Charleston... unlimited in-out, nice storage and office... use of wet slip on weekends...

I think I got pretty lucky. Found a vacant private slip...behind a private residence.

Covered....with a hoist and slings to hang the boat out of the water when not in use....$100.00 per month...May to October.:smt038

Keep our Sea Ray at the Green Bay Yacht Club. 600.00 for the slip,400.00 for dues and 400.00 for storage.

Dang I feel like a cheapo, I pay 1500$ a year or 400$ a quarter for a 12 x 30' covered, with water and unmetered elect, wifi, and access to the resort and pool here at Birdsong. Google Birdsong Marina. Nice website. Very interesting history here, all the pearls in Japan start here in Camden, TN.

30x10 is $3300 a year. That's April 1 - Nov 1 and includes water, electric, cable, dock box, haul out and put in, and indoor heated storage. Thats the package deal. Slips run higher if you dont do winter storage. Have secured gated entry, pool, bath house, pavilion for partyin, grills, and fish cleaning station. The best part is the parking lot runs the full length of the marina, so you can park right at your boat and never have to unload the truck!:smt038

Buy boats much?

Ours is probably the most expensive marina in our area and in the old section we pay $400 per month plus electricity. If you want Direct TV it's an extra $35 per month.
