Your dock/slip fees--just curious

$200 per month for 35 feet, double fingers. Metered Electric. Satellite hookup if you want it. Since I have cable at home, I opted out, but get about 15 stations from the flying saucer and a converter box. Hotel on premises. The owner converted two rooms to 6 private head (for you onesies only folk) / showers for slip holders. They keep them very clean. Free use of hotel pool. Great restaurant on premises. Owner lives on the premises.

Great place.

3030. per year, not including electricity, for covered 14x36. Reserved parking, gated dock/ gated marina/ store on site. I hooked up my own sat. etc. Not too many rules and regulations...

14 X 36' $5500.00 from april 15th thru October 15th, Electric not included. Also includes winter storage on Marina property.

I'm moving south!!!!

$500 per year for the club dues, and $400 for a slip (up to 40') for the season. Not bad for the Boston area, and it's only 1.5 miles from the house.

$225/mo for a 25' Boat. This is our rate on an annual slip.
We have a nice wide slip with a 30' finger pier.

That rate includes 25/mo for utilities.

We're getting ripped off up here. I just renewed my slip for next season -- $4750 for April-Nov. Includes un-metered electricity and water, free pump outs, and a small gazebo with a smelly bathroom. Unsecured gravel parking lot. The one thing that I have going for me is that I am 15 minutes from home and 5 minutes from the interstate.

Get off that crappy lake and join the REAL boaters on the rivers (Mississippi and St Croix). :smt021

I didn't see any LOTO boaters yet, so I'll weigh in. Most public marinas we priced were around 2900 to 3500 a year for a 30-35ft wet, covered slip. (don't remember how they handled power and water) You supply the hoist if you don't want to leave the boat in the water. Haul-out and winter dry storage were all extra.

We are in our condo complex dock now, which go for around 45.00@sqft for a "lifetime lease", so about 17,000.00 for our 12x32 slip, plus on-going costs of about 75.00 a quarter for maintenance fees. Electric for each slip, and shared water.(one spigot for two slips) Add on another 10,000.00 for a 10k lb hoist.

I'm feeling pretty good about my slip situation. I have a 20' x 60' slip in a 3 year old marina. The docks are concrete and float so they can adjust to the water level. The roof and all structural supports are galvanized. Finger docks are 8' wide, main dock is 10' wide.

I pay $205/month ($2,460/year) and that comes with free water. I pay separately for electricity. Here's a pic of my old 330 Dancer with my 19' boat alongside it. With the new boat the 19'er doesn't fit so it's now kept in the garage.

$3125 for a 40' slip from April 1 through Nov 1. Includes electric, cable, and water. free pump outs. Also includes two passes to Cedar Point and Soak City. Marina Store and Several Restaurants with a dock holder 10% discount. Security guard, locked gated piers. Pier 53 mechanics on site.

Wow! Prices are all over the place! I've seen some real good deals, and some not so much.

My slip will be $3,700 next year. It's actually a 42' slip, for my 31' boat. That does include shore power, but that's it.

my goodness ! some of this slip charge sounds extreme to me --
:smt038i'm keeping my boat at "THE DALLES MARINA" on the columbia river--i have a trailer if i want to move to the coast for a couple of months,or up river-i won't spend the fuel costs in my boat to go over 15 naut. miles
my dock fees are 780 a yr. or 560 1/2 yr. now thats for 30' and under
-of course water , and elec. are metered --so that is extra
i'm thinken thats awesome in comparison to what other people are paying--

Dry stack $12.50 a foot. But got 2 months free first year. 1 hour launch notice, they fuel, ice. Flush engines and wash from rub rail down. 10 launches per month, but You have use of wet slip for over nights so we only have 4 or 5 launches per month. Fuel is at their cost, deck hands help get into slip etc which is handy with the tide and current around here. Shower/bath small patio area.

Oh yeah and just to rub it in a little year round boating:grin:

Im jealous!!! I pay $150/mo but do the fueling/washing/flushing myself.

$290.00 a month ($3480.00 yearly). 32' slip with electricity & water. Less than a mile from my house with instant access to the best boating in the world (IMHO).

I have a 50 x 18 covered slip at one of the better marinas on Lake Texoma in Texas. Has concrete walkways and nice restaurant/bar on premises. Slip fee is either $600/mth or $6480/year. Includes water and maintenance.
