Your dock/slip fees--just curious

$1840.00 per season, May 1 - Nov 1. It includes electric and water. There is a shower room and a place to grill.

Free dock, electric, secure parking, free water. It's what's on the land side of the dock that gets expensive.

Private slip at a friend's house with 9 others...Sani can..no power needed.....Good people/friends is priceless. May-OCt - $600

There was a long thread on this a while back. $2850 for 36ft, water & electric included. April - Oct.

THATS VERY GOOD....

Dry stack $12.50 a foot. But got 2 months free first year. 1 hour launch notice, they fuel, ice. Flush engines and wash from rub rail down. 10 launches per month, but You have use of wet slip for over nights so we only have 4 or 5 launches per month. Fuel is at their cost, deck hands help get into slip etc which is handy with the tide and current around here. Shower/bath small patio area.

Oh yeah and just to rub it in a little year round boating:grin:

$950 April 15th - Oct 15th for a 13 x 40 slip with free WiFi & water. :smt038. Electric is $75 if needed.

We pay $2,250 for May 1st to Oct 1st, electricity & water included for my boat. The cost will remain the same even if I upgrade size. The price is based on the size of the slip. My slip can handle to a 14 foot beam and up to 40 feet. Winter storage including haul out & Launch is $860. All boats have to be out of the water by mid Nov. I usually pull mid to end Oct. Shower and picnic tables, place to pitch a tent or camper trailer. Great when you have too many kids on board, let them pitch the tent

We have to pay for winterization...thats not included in our storage, haul out, or spring launch...
What's your winterization cost??

San Francisco Bay $8 to $15+/ft./month.

I'm currently paying $13.25/ft/month for my 460da in Alameda.

My company has slips in Newport Beach and slip rent is approximately $50/ft./month...

Ditto....plus wi-fi and cable and anything we forgot to take down to the dock the first trip :)

Seriously....if you can find a house on the water you have the best of both worlds. We are within 10 minutes of our kids' schools and ballfields, work, church.....and just down the Tenn-Tom from anywhere in the world. Couldn't ask for anymore :)

I'm starting to feel sick...$800/month, all year long. And, 5.5 hours from home, no less!

$2350 per year, 12X32, includes dock box, electric, water, secure parking lot with security guards that walk the slips, discount on fuel, and clean facilities. (Year is Apr 15 through Oct 30) On site winter storage 20.00 per foot.

I don't see anyone from the PNW chiming in..... I pay $5600/year for a 45 ft slip. Decent facilities, secure etc.
This is in the most inexpensive marina in the Victoria area {Vancouver Island} Most are 12 to 15 per foot/month/yearly contract... they have us by the gonads up here because there are wait lists for all the marinas.
Cheers

~$4600/year.... but no property tax... If I kept it in the county I live in, the property tax would be over $10K/year.

40' enclosed boathouse (I own it), 10 minutes from home, nice yacht club, fuel dock, lots of free parking... but I pay for it... $5700 / 12 months.
I could get away with a smaller boathouse but I like the space. I've decked in the extra space behind the boat and put a table and chairs in there. We decorated it too with pirate stuff and old oars / ropes / cleats / glass floats... etc. It's a cool place to hang out
Plus for the clean-up it's nice to be able to walk all around it and walk off the swim grid right onto the dock... never mind me, I'm just trying to justify all the money I spend on boating...

Leafy Isle, I'm at North Saanich marina... which one are you at? There's a boat like yours on... I think it's 'T' dock where I am... is that you?

$29.50 per foot, Hilton Beach, Ontario, Can (North Channel, Lake Huron).....this Marina goes by the model number on the hull versus LOA which is nice. Anybody out there every heard of a marina actually measuring?

$420 per month for 35' x 12' slip includes electric and water. We are in the water all year. Small clubhouse with clean bathrooms and showers. The marina is very well maintained and the owners throw several appreciation parties each year. Also paying $75 per month for dry storage for the Waverunner.
