We have a covered '50x'20. Electric billed seperately. think we're paying about $5,500 for a 12 month contract. seems to go up 3-5% every 3-4 years or so. Overall, pretty happy with our marina.

Just curious as to other dockage costs out there if you dont mind saying that is...

I pay 2,850.00 for a 12month contact (April to April) 35 foot slip the fee has not gone up in the last three years. The electric is billed seperstly We have a very nice marine and this past year we also got 10% off the total fuel purchase. see marina link below. Winter storage on land is extra

We dock in Gallatin TN. Price is $335 per month for a 38x15 slip plus electricity. Also pay $675 per year for a jet port for the jet ski.

$1,650/season.
Includes unmetered power & water, secure parking, small clubhouse with restrooms and showers, free self-serv pump outs or they will do it for a fee. They normally have a couple of modest customer appreciation parties per year.

40x19 Covered slip in Brandon, MS. $264/ month plus electricity.....boating year-round.

There is a member owned place not far from me with minimal services, no security however it’s not a high crime area. The deal is this. Pay $400/year for the slip or $500 for one year then you are a member then future years are $300. For an actual slip that is the lowest prices going around here. I think they have power and water but I’m not sure.

EDIT: I was off by a bit.....but not that much

Menasha Dock Assoc. is very inexpensive, but not many amenities.
Water/Power is included.
$600/year to rent or $400 to buy a share and $400 annual fee. (First year $800, 2nd year $400).
Fees are same regardless of size, however slip availability for larger boats is limited.

Our neighborhood dock costs about $ 800 a year for trucking to and from storage yard and winter storage. Mooring is $ 120 / year for maintenance and $ 90 per year to the town. Down side is cost of property with water access north of Boston.

Local slips with water and electricity with mid May to mid Oct season are about $ 3600.00 for the season.

$7500 for the season. weeee I win.

We boat on the largest man-made reservoir in Indiana, which is not saying much, 10,000 acres.

We have a 12 by 25 foot covered slip and rental is from April thru October, $2,300.

We're getting ripped off up here. I just renewed my slip for next season -- $4750 for April-Nov. Includes un-metered electricity and water, free pump outs, and a small gazebo with a smelly bathroom. Unsecured gravel parking lot. The one thing that I have going for me is that I am 15 minutes from home and 5 minutes from the interstate.

$7500 per year
14x40 covered
dock box, trailer storage
power & water no charge

forgot-free wi fi here to-a little slow when busy

I replaced a piling for about $1,800 the year before last. Bubbled the dock all winter and an ice flow snapped a piling off in mid March as the ice was going out. Had to have some piles straightened following ice out maybe 20 years ago. That's pretty much it.

$1395 (32 x 14) for when ever it gets wet in April until Nov 1st...If you haven't made arrangements with the marina by the end of Oct for winterizing, or pulling your boat yourself, they will tie your boat to a tree on the bank. Our marina is disassembled and moved to a backwater due to land / water lease arrangments with the city.

We have self serv pump out, metered electricity, and goose poop in the spring. Currently due to 11 inch rainfall on the Upper Miss basin, we have a flooded shower house, and the gravel parking lot is under water...

$2,700.00 per season which runs from May 1 to October 31. Includes electric, water and cable. 30 foot slip (you're allowed to slip a boat 5' over the finger pier length)
