Just bought the boat last spring, and with two kids in college, my list is very modest this year:

3. Have bottom sanded and barrier coat applied (this will consume most of my budget)
4. Finish changing all filters and belts
5. Rebed and re-mount salon engine hatch hydraulic arm.
6. Polish and wax, top to bottom
7. Fix VHF radio external speaker

Did both our outdrives last year.
This time around I bought a $40 tool for help installing the bellows that was worth every penny in time saved. http://www.mercstuff.com/bellowsexpander.htm
He has a lot of shop tips and instruction sheets to help you out with the whole process too if needed.

No we haven't Shawn. We've been there a little over a year now, but our paths haven't crossed. We are down in "G" shed. I'll stop by a say hello next I see you there.

Upgrades and things that need to be done are two different list.
Finishing gelcoat repair on transom and replacing rub rail.
Replacing spotlight.
Adding Rogue wave WiFi antenna.
New cutting board for galley sink.
Replacing deck under cockpit freezer (which I took out last year and turned into storage).
All that's before I put it in the water.

Sea Ray:
Buff and wax.
New Stove - ordered
Interior is new except curtains -- have material, need time
Tune and fluid changes

Glastron
New Swim Platform - ordered
New prop
Oil Change and regular drive maintenance.
New stereo system and subwoofer
New cockpit and bow cover
Buff and wax
Smart tabs

I'll do everything except the buff and wax on both boats. That's torturous work.

We'll be at Las Vegas Boat Harbors NYE party and staying till sunday somewhere on the lake. If you see HOOSIER DADDY, that's my boat.

First Mate conquered two of them secretly to gift me for Christmas: built a custom boarding plank and replaced the galley and head faucets. Next up is replacing the anchor rope, and swapping to LED bulbs for as much cockpit and cabin lighting as possible. Maybe if I order everything soon, he'll decide to install them for Valentine's Day!
