Well did Some of the Better Technical Posters leave CSR?

Okay - so once you winterize your boat - the winterized boaters post should be pink. This forum is the best let's keep it that way. Thanks Jim - since you are probably sitting at your desk shaking your head. Thank You.
 
Skobe- thank God for heated winter storage. That takes me off of the pink posters list.

My 10 yr old daughter says "It takes a strong man to wear pink", she buys me something pink every Christmas. :grin:
 
I'm in the pink category as of last weekend - but I reserve the right to go back to clear (the color of raw water flowing thru my engine) at any given time - if we could just get a weekend day down here that isn't raining and the temp. goes above 50 so I can get the admiral to venture out on the water with me.
 
Skolbe - Shouldn't you maybe go a little pink just in case you have a power outage?

Ain't that the truth!! I haven't even gone to the boat in about a month, each weekend the weather is just plain crap. But, I'm not winterized though, just waiting for those 70 degree days we're famous for...

I'm with you on that! I keep looking at the weather and it's predicting rain and wind AGAIN this weekend.
 
Yeah, up to 2" of rain tonight and tomorrow, again on Sat with a high here around 38 degree's. We might as well move up there in the PNW, at least their scenery is better. I don't think I could handle the pasty white skin tones though...

I have not seen any post or replies by some of these users.

If so, it is a sad commentary, to me it just reinforces what is happening in much of our society today. "It's all abut me."

As I for one do not consider them to be elite, but far from it. I admit I looked forward to many of their comments about issues, and I even sent a few some PM's regarding issues.

So to those who have left, my regards.

Guys,

We all got a good laugh, but to be honest, there may be more to the story than we know. I do think Gary is an intigator (sp?), but like I've posted before, he's legacy. He's a founding member, STS. With that, I give him some leeway. My previous posting, funny as it may have been, was not meant to target Gary. I meant to target the experienced guys who have left us for now.

They are the ones who "Took the ball and went home."

I'm not happy with the sit. There is a lot of immaturity that goes on around here, but thats 'cause our wives would kick our asses if we did it at home. We come here to escape (just got bitched at again - movie's too loud). All that being said, I wish the experienced guys would stay. I hope all is well with Gary and his family (if he's not pinned under some expensive toy somewhere), and I'm ready to get back to talking about boating, winterizing for the non-Fl guys, drinking, and critizing eachother for mis-spelling crap.
