We're having a nice fall. It's about mid-40's at 0700 when I walk the dog but now it's about 70 and sunny. Gotta love a fall like this. Leaves are all bright red on our maple and falling. Time to warm up the snow blower 'cause ya know the snow can't be far behind.

Toronto area looks nice for a week or so, then temps drop for a while. At least there is no snow in the 1`4 day forecast and nighttime temps stay above freezing.

We have had a wonderful fall this year, fixen to end tho, winter is showing up later this week. Just winterized the 5th wheel, just in time

High 60's tomorrow and snow flurries Saturday. Time to put away the garden hose, shut off the water outside, cover the outdoor furniture and sign up for the monthly unlimited car/truck wash deal. Fixing to mow one last time this afternoon or tomorrow.
The high winds blew over a dead tree that was on the backyard lot line. Of course it fell my way. Spent a couple of hours getting that cleaned up.
This is what I experienced my first year back north on Veterans Day 2019. Didn't have a snowshovel yet. I did later that morning.

I did put the winter floor mats in the truck last week and the scraper is on the shelf. It would have to be an emergency for me to get out while it's snowing. I just hunker down in the house and wait for it to end.

One time I was in the woods walking down a trail, just looking around, not hunting. A buck was coming down the trail toward me nose to the ground. I stepped off to the side and he walked right past, he was on a mission, I doubt he knew I was even there.

67 here. I washed the car today, swept leaves off the porch, now stopped at the local bar for a few, windows open. A little rain tomorrow then chilly 50 next week. I love Maryland.
