12x30 Covered Slip Year Round. $10/foot at LOA determined by dockmaster so for me $300/month. Water free, power metered. Storage parking spot for additional boat or trailer included. Also includes usage of clubhouse and private boat ramp. Most expensive place on my lake but you get what you pay for. In my case deep water (18') was what I was after. My first marina had 7' in the slip at normal lake level.

$3600/year + $480/yr Yacht Club Membership + ~80/yr power

Man this is a depressing thread........

Wow, have WE ever got it good;
Year round moorage, down town Kelowna, B.C., Canada, six blocks from home, $2600.00 per year for 28' slip.
Includes; Unmetered power, wifi, pump out, clubhouse privileges, $500.00 credit in the bar/restaurant, floating docks, "room service" to the boat from the clubhouse, card lock access, and great neighbors. My only gripe is that parking of any kind is rare. We ride our bicycles to the boat unless we are doing a major provisioning, then we have to drop the gear and a person off at the gate and take the vehicle home.

Well, Chris is at the Kelowna Yacht Club, I'm not. I'm a member but don't moor there. We're across the lake at Shelter Bay.

Moorage is year round in water or out. Contract is March 1 to Feb 28 annually.

$100 / foot plus provincial and fed taxes. 12%
$150 annual hydro fee
Pump out is $5 per or free by the yacht club (when it works!)
Free land storage in off season for moorage boats. You pay haul out at a per foot basis. It's a moving target price wise from $4 to $8 per foot.
Wooden floating docks
Card lock pass
LOTS of parking close to the slip.

Where: Hillarys Marina, Perth, Western Australia
Annual Rate AUD$4,200

Type: 9 Meter floating
Services: Unmetered electricity and water
Fuel and pump out available
Electronic security
Car parking (can be busy at times)
Restaurants, Yacht Club and great pub nearby

Unfortunately no undercover option, no WIFI and no cable.

The marina is full to capacity (they cancelled the wait list) and the only way to secure a slip/pen is to purchase a boat that is already located at the marina.

Wow, Looking at some of these costs I wouldn't be able to have a boat... I pay $1300.00 year, metered electric, free water and pump out. Pumpout is on the bulk head by C dock (I'm on B dock) Fixed wood dock. Only draw back is the ducks and seagulls that the owners feed............. Very quiet town, Colonial Beach, VA on the Potomac River. Slip size 40 x 16

I think I am worse shape than anyone except the guys down under. I pay about $192ft ($7500 per year) April to November (I got in around may 1st and come out end of September) electricity is metered, water is included, no cable, no wifi, no bathrooms, no clubhouse. No finger piers, just rear too non floating dock with pilings. That being said I am in one of the most desirable harbors in our area so I guess you get what you pay for. If you go to the full service marina across the harbor, it is $215ft and then you have all the services but you can't do any work on your own boat and they are at 120hr labor rate so that is out for me.

We are in a private condo style marina, sunset shores yacht club.i have owned my slipfor 4 yrs.I got a great deal on it also.yearly fees and taxes include dredging,$5-600.00.we have adjustable i beam docks with wood product decking(kind of like plastic)that are 5 yrs old and look and wear like new.water/electric included, pumpout free we have two portable units one for each side with thier own new garages we built two years ago.We have two nice shower and bathroom facilities each with laundry room, one has a 30x40 room with tables 55" flat screen and cable.no cable at the dock but you can have a dish installed.Free wi-fi also, and there are about 15 grills ,propane also provided. No fuel and no on site mechanics or storage facility. All in all not bad .My slip is for sale ,new boat wont fit ,its 30 ft slip, slip costs vary and so do rentals on slips which are available by the slip owners that dont boat or bought 5 slips 27 yrs ago when the marina was built.Rents are generally 800-1200 yr 29-39ft available, except when i am looking for a larger one of course .
