Thanks for the heads up. Well I had my first of 5 interviews today and was given an amazing offer that the other 4 are going onto have a tough time competing with. Sooooo, looks like we're moving to FL!!! We've also found a beautiful home and picked out our slip at the marina. Been a busy 2 days!! We've already put 600 miles on our rental! (Which was upgraded due to an error). I still have 4 interviews to go and heather has 2 but so far it's looking good!! Just thought if give you all a little update.

I've been following this thread with interest because we would like to make a similar move in the next few years.
