If there is a boating topic in the non-holding tank area, please leave your politics out of it. If you want to talk politics in the holding tank that is fine but there is no reason for a good boating post in the general section to have to be moved to the holding tank because two or three peopel decide to start ranting about the left or right. If you do your post will be deleted. There is no reason to be discussing politics unless it is in regards to boating in the non-holding tank area. :thumbsup:

If you don't like reading about Politics (like I don't) then stay out of the holding tank. If you do like talking about politics do it in the holding tank. Everyone is a winner.

Why? If someone posts something about, say the price of fuel, then a reasonable discussion of politics and policy is entirely within scope. Blanket rules without any logical reason other than "I don't like it," is just childish petulance.

I think both Saltydogz and Cornstalk are nice guys, but just plain clueless. I think Saltydogz works for the Gov't. Both are paycheck collectors and they are waiting for all the free stuff and tax refunds, (wealth redistributions) Obama is promising. (Remember Obama says 95% of the folks are getting tax breaks) Really they are nice guys who are going to vote for someone that is going to damage this economy and country.

wingless, all of your posts and your username were almost deleted by accident. please don't reply to the spam, it makes your posts look like spam too and it can easily get swept up with the rest of the trash as weclean it up.

do you mean if we hit reply to a topic after a spammer has posted a spam we somehow get tied to that post? seems like a genral announcement might help others. Edit: didn't see the announcement thread about the s word.

I missed this post when it was original. Wes says that we can't talk about the left or right any longer????? Does that mean I finally have to figure out which one is Starboard and which is port? :huh:
