So I could do a lot of reading manuals, climbing about my bilge and taking voltage measurements, but I thought asking here would be more efficient.
Yesterday, I fired up the generator on my 2003 320DA and, after some coaxing, she started up. But the AC voltage gauge on the panel never moved off 0. I restarted the gen a few more times with the same results. So I shut her down and didn't use the gen. Looking back, I should have turned on some AC breakers to see if they worked (I'll try that today). That would have told me everything was working and the AC meter was bad. But does anyone have any quick advice on what to look for if the gen is running and the AC meter is reading 0? And yes, I flipped the main Gen breaker "on".

Figured it out. It was my main breaker on the gen itself. Doh!
