I'm Russ and I'll be helping Jim out. We're aware some attachments + avatars may be missing from the data restore. We're trying to track that issue down but didn't want to wait further on keeping the forum offline.

If your avatar is missing, you can safely upload a new one (or the same one), but hopefully we should be able to restore them shortly.

The programmer said there is no need to change passwords. But you certainly can. I can't see any reason why any user data would have been stolen. The breach was somebody physically logging in with a moderators username an deleting stuff.

And taking over my account and posting as me…. I am still getting emails from members trying to buy things the hacker posted as me…. Im still a little pissed off

I can’t delete them which is very weird….. this shit show is becoming very frustrating

If Jim reloaded the site 4 hours before the hacker took it over why are those ads there?

Holy crap, I didn’t realize you were a victim of this whole deal. I noticed you posted a lot the night in question, but wow in fact you were the one that told me my user name had been changed
