Jones Beach Air Show

Nice addition to the spread sheet lol love it! I'm gunna try my best for the new name. Is depending on a couple things right not so we shall c what the future brings
 
Sorry I haven't responded guys.

My boat's name is "The Right Decision." Crew: Rocco (me), Josephine (the Admiral), Julianna 15 1/2 and Daniela (14).

I am still up in the air (no pun intended) for that weekend - but it is now not looking promising.

- Sunday is out as my older daughter has a Sweet 16 that day and is on the dais or some nonsense like that. Yes, the parents who scheduled that stunt are non-boaters.

- Memorial Day is out as we were invited to a dock party at the Freeport Yacht Club and the Admiral wants to (gasp and shudder!!) drive there by car.

My only option is now a day trip on Saturday.....

Who puts a sweet 16 on memorial day? ! Def not a boater! That's just wrong lol. Sorry. But congrats on the house on the water! That's my dream!

That's one wet dog! And I no longer need to b on the outside of the raft up. No surprise deparutes expected! Iwill b arriving early sat morning and staying till the crew leaves! Who is staying till Monday? So excited just need to finish up my topside waxing and I'm ready
 
I am likely going to have some friends joining as well. Maybe up to 5 additional boats. So whoever gets there first, try to pick a clear area and have the flare gun ready in case anyone tries to anchor nearby.

Also I have some important decisions to make:
Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daiquiris or
Mudslides and something else :huh:

Do I hear any P1's ?
 
I'll be setting it up Friday evening, and will educate my crew on proper flair gun placement (its going to be a sizable raft). On to the good stuff....P1 Coladas. I'm bringing the margaritaville mixer for frozens, and pick a different flavor not to avoid conflict against the slushy machine ;)

We'll need to work out a few logistics using stern anchors (I think). With a raft this big, we're going to get tangled up.

With raft of this size and considering that we'll be there for couple of days, no question we'll have to use stern anchors. Speaking of, let's make sure we have enough.

I know that Greg, Joe and I have one. Who else has one?...Since most just getting the boats ready, make sure your put the stern anchor back on the boat, if it was home for the winter.

Last time at Zach's the wind shifted quite a bit and if I recall correctly we had to reposition the raft to be aligned with other boats. So, don't be surprised when you hear the announcement. :grin:

As always, those who'll be there first, please pick a good spot to have room for the raft to grow.
