Meanwhile, he could just join again and participate normally. What a concept.

This is the part he apparently can't comprehend. Just ignore posts you don't want to read, don't comment on items you don't know anything about and play nice. Seems simple enough to me...

A novel concept, yet, the translation is lost on our Connecticut friend without the wings.

It would be great if he would follow your advice...no one would ever hear from him again.:smt043

“Facts are stubborn things” – John Adams

It was not immediately apparent that CSR is operated as a rogue web site. The initial indicators were that this site was an appropriate location to exchange information with others sharing a common interest.

The CSR site has an acceptable set of rules regarding conduct.

With the dozens of topics and polls and the thousands of posts devoted to malicious, defamatory and libelous words and images targeting wingless, as is often the case, reality is a different story.

The rules are a joke!

Many of those topics were deemed so egregiously offensive that they needed to be deleted. Somehow those deleted topics were replaced almost instantly by a new topic, even worse than the one deleted. Funny, but the split-second timing of the CSR administration topic deletion to the new worse replacement topic seemed almost coordinated.

I've seen wingless log in from hotels from a public library, etc. It really is quite impressive the lengths he is going to. Meanwhile, he could just join again and participate normally. What a concept.
Whenever I dig into his IP history I can picture him sitting at the free computer at the comfort inn eating danishes
Perhaps CSR_Admin believes this to be an accurate statement. Reality is a different story.

When CSR changed the status of the wingless membership to “Banned”, all of the IP addresses and the MAC addresses that wingless used to connect to the forum were blocked.

Perhaps CSR_Admin believes that it is inappropriate to discuss that one forum member admits to placing one-pixel test images to gather data and history on all members to track their usage. Many members provided vocal support for that activity.

At least one member finds it creepy!

wingturd won't come back... He might under a different name... and maybe try to use an anonymous proxy... although those things are known to install all kinds of nasty malware on your computer...
This is a valid concern. Reality is a different story.

For two periods while the wingless membership was active, there was a problem that wingless called a “click delay”. It acted like a denial-of-service attack directed at a specific user.

This happened once in January, started on a Saturday morning and immediately ended on Sunday evening, when wingless requested of CSR_Admin for the problem to please be fixed.

The second instance was in March and continued through the remainder of wingless’ active membership.

The problem was again discussed w/ CSR_Admin, this time requiring three PMs but instead of fixing the problem the request was mocked in public.

The problem symptoms were that it would take 2 to 5 minutes to load anything after clicking on a link whenever logged into the site. When not logged in, it behaved normally.

These symptoms were verified on the home, work and an independent computer.

Maybe this is a normal computer error, like not pushing the left mouse button hard enough, but both of these new computers are now trashed and the IT person that attempted to repair the PC has never seen this type of problem.

If this problem was not user or computer error and was instead a directed attack, then it would require advanced computer skills and insidious malicious intent to implement.

When the CSR Administrators changed the wingless membership status to banished they edited all of the content provided by wingless to remove “© 2008, 2009 wingless” by deleting that from the signature.

Copyright protection for all of the content provided by wingless is retained by wingless, in full accordance with the CSR rules.

Deleting the copyright protection mark is a violation of many laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

The CSR administrators are instructed and notified to implement one of two possible remedies for the problem of providing wingless content, which is copyright protected material, on the CSR web site, without properly listing the protection.

One is to edit the wingless signature to again read: “© 2008, 2009 wingless”.

The other is to delete ALL of the wingless content, including wingless content quoted in other member’s posts.

The CSR administrators are also instructed and notified to delete all instances of this copyright protected wingless image that has been modified and posted without any authorization. That is, all instances of the Four Suns pot smoking duck image looking at the wingless copyright 2008 trinary color-coded painted chain image must be deleted.

The last sub-juvenile member that could not "comport themselves within the limitless boundaries..." got banned.
How or what was the the last word that caused that??
Long story...
It’s unlikely that the “story” will be revealed by Four Suns.

This is an old story, well known to those who participated in this juvenile event.

Within a topic on holding tanks, wingless posted a reply pointing to an annotated image of a vacuum pump for reference. That image was owned and controlled by Four Suns. The wingless reply attributed ownership of that image to Four Suns.

Minutes after that wingless reply was posted it was quoted by osd9 and the content on the remote image server changed from the annotated vacuum pump to a toilet bowl w/ two large feces, one annotated w/ “wingless”, the other annotated w/ “jg300da”.

The Four Suns image of an annotated holding tank was then re-hosted on the remote image server controlled by wingless and the wingless reply was edited to point to that correct image, still referencing Four Suns as the owner.

A request was submitted to each of the CSR administrators to delete the obscene osd9 reply and the report post ! icon was also used.

A short while later the image on the osd9 reply changed to the un-annotated tank currently displayed.

Over the next several days this process repeated, w/ requests to delete following each transition to feces, with the image then returning to acceptable content, but the osd9 reply / Four Suns image remained.

Throughout there was no response from any CSR administrator to my request to delete that post, except this public one.

When Four Suns changed the image to feces again, a screen shot image of that osd9 / Four Suns reply was captured showing the Four Suns remote image server URL.

The two states of that osd9 / Four Suns reply was posted, showing the same URL for the two different images, with the remote image server controlled by Four Suns, again requesting that this reply be deleted.

The instantaneous response to the post / request was to banish wingless.

An E-Mail was sent from CSR_Admin to wingless stating the banishment because of complaints against wingless, complaints filed by wingless, and disruptions attributed to wingless.

The attached letters are replies from wingless to CSR_Admin in response to the banishment.

This topic will now be filled with profanity and vitriol because it is impermissible for this information to remain on this web site!

There will be no choice except for the administrators to delete this topic, so read fast!

There are lots of links, so interested parties should copy and save this post before the Forbidden Fruit is tossed in the garbage.

Jim,

FYI

That image controlled by Four Suns and osd9 in this post has again been changed back to the sh!t pile.

http://clubsearay.com/forum/showpost.php?p=205476&postcount=3

http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa263/gpw_wmbg/vacuumtank.jpg

Maybe at some point this inappropriate conduct could abate. I'm gone. Can't they stop posting a pile of sh!t with my name and with jg300da's name?

You might have noticed that all my images have been changed by me to an American flag.

When Four Suns and osd9 are banned for inappropriate conduct will they comport themselves in the same manner as I've done, or will the bad juvenile conduct they currently show while they are permitted to remain CSR members transition to even worse conduct once they've been banned.

That is, I control all sixty-one of my images that are linked into your forum. I've changed all those to US flags. I could instead post obscene content, like Four Suns and osd9, but that is not possible for me.

But, both Four Suns and osd9 have shown a proclivity for that inappropriate juvenile conduct and once banned it is reasonable to conclude they would "lash out" and post even more obscene content then they currently provide.

Good luck.

Peace to you,

wingless

Jim,

My prior conclusion about the obscene Four Suns / osd9 troll post having been deleted was an error.

The obscene troll image and post controlled by Four Suns and osd9 still exists in the forum. This is the URL: http://clubsearay.com/forum/showpost.php?p=205476&postcount=3

Those two change this image at will, because it resides on the Four Suns image server. The image is changed on the remote server and the display on the CSR server changes automatically, without ever editing the CSR post.

The URL for ALL of the Four Suns images starts with: http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa263/gpw_wmbg/

Those images are controlled by Four Suns!

That is easy to verify by just examining ANY of the other images also posted and controlled by Four Suns.

The URL for ALL of the wingless images starts with: http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m52/wingless-pics/

All that image content has been deleted by me, after I was banned. But, the URL for those images remains in the CSR forum and the CSR post remains un-edited.

This snapshot of the Four Suns image shows the sh!t pile and the image URL, residing on the Four Suns image server:
http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m52/wingless-pics/Misc/FourSunsosd9TrollImage.jpg

This snapshot of the Four Suns image shows the holding tank w/ THE SAME image URL residing on the Four Suns image server with THE SAME address:
http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m52/wingless-pics/Misc/osd9FourSunsHoldingTank.jpg

Please delete this obscene troll post controlled by Four Suns and osd9.

Peace to you.

wingless

Jim,

Thank you for finally deleting the obscene trolling post and image controlled by Four Suns and osd9.

That content is inappropriate for the forum.

Maybe the next time those two juvenile trolls decide to post obscene material the resolution could be handled better by the moderators and administrators.

Peace to you.

wingless

Jim,

Thanks for your thoughtful consideration of the problems caused by the trolls on the forum.

Best of luck with the effect that banishing me will have on the conduct of the trolls. My expectation is that this would reward and empower their unacceptable juvenile behavior.

Please accept my apology that my recent resumption of reporting inappropriate conduct was unacceptable. I was instructed by First Born to report inappropriate content when he chastised me for failing to do so.

The quantity of those reports was determined by the inappropriate conduct of the trolls.

As you noticed, I initially reported their inappropriate conduct and stopped when told, a long time ago. I also just resumed when told to do so by First Born.

My forum participation had focused on technical content, while others focused on juvenile personal attacks against me.

Please continue to run the forum anyway you’d like.

The forum does not meet my requirements either when the moderators chastise and punish me for objecting to two members posting a bowl of sh!t with my name, while permitting the sh!t to remain and the members to be unpunished. The moderators should be collectively proud of that conduct.

Good luck with normal conduct when inappropriate personal attacks are rewarded and impersonal technical content is punished.

Peace to you,

wingless

Did anybody read all of that? If so, give me the cliff notes. I think its funny that White Collar knows all the IP's for Wingless were banned, yet the only way he would know that is if he was wingless, however how would he then post this reply if his IP's are banned? hmmmmmm, the plot thickens.

White Collar, or wingless or whoever, its time for you to go. I just checked out all of your posts and none have contributed to the forum. If you are wingless, its ashamed that you were able to re-register but you still are unable to converse with fellow owners about Sea Rays. When you still can't resist the urge to join us, please just behave like a normal person and talk about your boat. Its actually quite enjoyable.
