gotta make the photobucket album "public" for us to see.
just go to settings and change or make it password access and post the password here

ok got the pics public . got all the electronics out of the boat and the under deck and engine area cleaned came out pretty good . Have the steam cleaner coming Thursday to do all the cabin and cushions.Have all the stove, frig, and everything from the cabin out and cleaned . Not getting as much done as I would like, I still have to deal with the Garage and the damage from the fire. just keep plugging along.

Thats just ugly, sorry you have to clean it up.Glad you can though.

Man the interior is wasted. What a contrast when looking at the pictures before the fire. It looks like it could be repaired if you have the desire to do it again.

Well the garage is back up and started sanding on the boat last week . Now have 90hrs of sanding in but its coming out really good. Started with 400 wet sanding and am now on 1500 will take it to 2000 and start polishing it. The color is almost back to the original artic white, after sanding it almost matches the original color under the vents . Haven't started upholstery yet can't decide on color back to white or a two tone tan. Hope my arms hold out.

Glad to hear it s progressing for you. When you are resting those sore arms post a pic or two for us.

Good luck going forward,

MM

The fire, and then looking at the pics of the damaged boat were disheartening but he news that you are re-doing the boat is good news. Please keep us posted on how the work goes as you get her looking good again.

well thought Id give an update on the work that went on this winter I got the new dash and gauges in the new gauges have warnings that light up and buzz . got the seats redone with seat heaters for the cold days. got the new swim platform done lazer cut all the parts and built a new aluminum swim platform put cooler mounts on. not going to do the non skid or painting until I buy a dingy and weld mounts for it. The boat looks fabulous wet sanded and polished for 2 months started with 500 grit and went to 2000 . Polished with super duty compound. polished all the stainless with flitz and Hollywood show shine . this winter is the new tower and the upholstery on the interior panels. Spent the summer fishing the boat off the Columbia river the fishing and crabbing was outrageous this summer. spent almost a month at the cabin this summer. garage is all back up and I'm almost were I was 2 years ago long haul but looks great. Posted new pictures but ill be damned if I can organize the pictures on photobucket . they did some new upgrade and can't do anything with it . Won't even load in order of download so you'll just half to kind of figure it out added some pics from fishing .can't figure out how to bring photobucket attachment forward

hey guys had a question about the area between outer hull and inner hull on my 270 amberjack . it has a gap about 2 " down each side that is kind of noisy can this be foamed in or is this for air for the engine compartment I think it should be able to close up. The engines have 6 4" ducks. what does everyone think?

thanks fletch.
