I’ve noticed the same door lock issue with ours. Always opens after a few mins though.

When I want to open ours during the dry cycle to check, I just shut it off, wait two minutes, and the door clicks and unlocks. After I check progress (I like to get things out before the "wrinkling" begins - LOL!), I just close the door and turn it on and it resumes the dry cycle where it left off....I’ve noticed the same door lock issue with ours. Yes, but I can't remember whether I ordered it from Taylor Made or Sea Ray (Marine Max). Here are the part numbers for the door assy: Taylor Made bi-fold port head shower door assembly #703-851-700. Sea Ray part #993121. Taylor Made Customer Service 518-773-0636 (Donna). It is very hard to get into the track. When you get the right one try using dish soap to lubricate it.Has anybody replaced the shower door sweep on the port bathroom bi-fold door? I ordered what I thought was a replacement online but the “T” shape that slides in the track was too large...
I need to replace mine too.Anyone know the replacement part number for the OceanAir shade on the bridge hatch?
I spoke to Sea Ray tech support today. He confirmed a press report I read that says that Brunswick is shutting down the Sea Ray yacht and sport yacht production lines and closing the Sykes Creek and Palm Coast, Fla., facilities. He said that tech support will continue for the foreseeable future.

I am moving up to an 01 480DB from a 97 400DB this week and my search is on for a aft bench seat since the 480 does not have one. My 400 has one and we have grown to like the extra storage and seating it provides. Question one: Does anybody have one they want to part with? Question two: Where would I go to find one? I have searched the internet a little and trying to find any used parts is a chore.
I am pumped about moving up to a bigger boat, but owning two boats right now makes my brain hurt.

I never did figure out what the problem was. Doesnt seem to be happening any longer though.I am having the same problem. Did you ever figure out how to fix it? Thanks!
