I put a lot of I think liquid wrench down there and left it for a couple days. Then I bought a long punch and tapped it with a hammer clockwise…. The stainless is soft so the punch will imbed. It’s a really slow process …. Your other option is to drill it out or drill it and right hand tap the hole out with a bottoming tap.
I looked there are no right hand ez outs
