Went out to the boat for the first time this spring….does anyone have any idea of if there is a in line fuse or breaker other than the main for the fridge?
I have the original, and I noticed it didn’t fire up yesterday when I turn the breaker on….no green light on the bottom inside the door.
I watched the Boogaboo video on removal, but, I thought I try you guys first.
The 120v feed is from the “Galley Systems” breaker/switch by way of the GFCI inside the cabinet next to the sink. Check and make sure that GFCI outlet hasn’t tripped.

The 12v feed is from the 12v “Refrigerator” breaker/switch.

If both of those feeds are good then the problem is inside the refrigerator.

Doinked the swim platform into the corner of a concrete pier backing into a slip on my way home from FL last month. Got lucky as it hit right on the truss so it didn’t split the lip. So I figured I’d give it a go myself. Just used epoxy putty to reinforce and patch paste to coat with gelcoat. Turned out good enough. No worse than any other part of that lip. I have a thin area on the curve where I sanded too much. I may try to add gelcoat one day. Really needs a spray to build that up rather than a paste. That was the hardest part about using the paste. Easy to oversand the good area adjacent to the patch paste.

Is your swim platform same colour as the boat. I think mine is a little less arctic and more something else. Is the colour of the paste marked as anything in particular , or are you just lucky with the colour , it looks fine from the pics

The patch paste was brighter white than the current swim platform shade. Nothing bothersome though. I used the 94-03 arctic white patch paste from Spectrum.

That swim platform looks beautiful!
Something my wife and I have been thinking of especially now since we bought a dinghy that too big for the current swim platform

Does anyone happen to have a link to Bomar Flagship Port Window used in the Heads, I just need Gasket and possible screens.
The port light itself is S516-6-SS. I’ve replaced 2 complete units. I replaced 2 of the fixed port lights in the master with the opening type. Same as the ones in the heads and the second stateroom.

Caulks around the drains on my side decks annoy me, they are not very smoothly installed and don’t clean well. I don’t know if they are original or not. In investigating replacing in due course I found this article. A useful set of long terms tests . I have no affiliation to practical sailor..

Rebed the bow hatch today. It was leaking under the sealant. Here are some pictures. Hatch with factory tape/sealant. Edge of cutout showing it’s all wood. Sealant removed. Hatch sealing face cleaned. I rebed with Life Seal. Got it all done and then it started sprinkling. Go figure. But just briefly.

I might tackle Westerbeke (btd8) valve clearances soon. It seems the rocker cover gasket is no longer avail. Do I need to replace it, if so, because I should or it’s crusty, what options given it’s no longer made

I did mine last year. I was able to get the gasket from the Westerbeke site. But I didn’t use it. Existing gasket was like new. But my generator was new in 2013.

The manual says it’s part 046915 and those show in stock for $46.

Ah thanks for that. Maybe I was looking for an old part no which has been superseded. my Gen is much older than yours. I’m inclined to not remove the cover without having the gasget so will order one.

Who has the part number or a link for the helm door hatch gasket? It’s supposed to be a 1.75” D shaped foam gasket. Mine is turning to dust. Recommendations welcome!

830067 DOOR HEADSHOWERSTRG
550031 BUMPER Cl.EAR SMAll. ROUND
132373 CATCH DBI. BAU DOOR NICKEL/BR
141911 HINGE Al CONT 1 25 X 72' Bill
187591 Pl.ATE DRAWER STOP Pl.ATE
682534 STAR SOARD 1/4"X54 X96 ARCTICWHT

hinge and catch above if I picked it properly from the attached. this is from the master head. here's the parts list i downloaded from https://manualzz.com/doc/53333433/sea-ray-1996-400-sedan-bridge-parts-manual a white back, and then added OCR to it. it's 1996 list, you really need one for your year but I would think hinges were pretty consistent

We just ordered that same hinge last week from cabinetparts.com. It was $6.38 + shipping. Received it a few days after ordering. If you want those numbers, it's:

BH133.0240 & BH33.3600

thanks. I have the part manual. What I’m looking for is what manufacturer that sea Ray part number relates to. That’s the trick with these manuals - they are all SR part numbers. Unless I go to a marine max, I can’t order with that number.

This is probably a Taylor Made gasket, but im trying to find out which one? A google search of the SR part number only shows other boat parts manuals.
