Ray, you have two amps located behind the electrical panel inside the cabin. Have fun with removing THOSE puppies!! If you do replace them, do me a favor and take plenty of pics.

The key is to have your "outlet" switch on (switches in the generator/shore power part of the panel). You have to shove the hose in pretty firmly. Twist a bit and, if it goes on and off, clean the contacts like MasterFab says.
Henry - did you check the GFCI outlet inside the head cabinet on the right side?
