I think all of the questions you asked were answered... if not, ask again. IN MY OPINION, I would take the boat if it were under 30,000. Also, I would have ALL of the fluids (oil, drive motor, etc.) changed as part of the deal. After all, it has been sitting for 2 years. I don't know if they break down over time or get acidic, but I would not chance it. This would be under $50 dealer's cost, I'm sure.
You do have some nice upgrades from mine: tower, B3 outdrive, 350 MAG. I think the price is pretty good, but as I said, I'd get it down some more. Others may agree or disagree. I did a lot of research, but, in the end, I've only bought one boat. I would not let the dealer pressure me (learned that lesson long ago). The "boat show prices" just show you what they will take. Use it as a starting point. After all, the boat has been sitting for 2 years for some reason. Go over the boat with a fine toothed comb and look for anything that may indicate why. It may have been price alone or it may have been something else. You can always tell them what they had if for at the boat show when you first saw it. If they won't go back to that price, walk. Also, drive THAT boat if you are interested in it. Don't drive another similar boat that happens to be in the water or any other reason. Any reputable dealer will put the boat you want (or the two you are deciding between) in the water for you to drive. Hope this helps some.
