Thanks I love it. I had been renting a little crappy building from a lady for about 12 years, Then this shop came for sale in the spring of 2020, wasnt moving because of the uncertainty of the covids. They were asking 65k for it, I knew the realtor and I texted him and asked what the bottom dollar was, he said make an offer. I asked him if 25k would get it, he said no but 30 will. I put in a offer of 28, they countered with 30, 31 if I wanted them to leave in the Huge air compressor and dry blast cabinet. So I paid 31k. It is 55X32, highway frontage, Pipe rail fenced, full bathroom, over head heater, 2 rail hoists. No way could I build this for 31. If the oilfield ever picks back up in my area, I easily could triple or quadruple my money. But doubt I will ever sell.

Brought home Zodiac and Suzuki this morning. Need to clean and winter both. But I am done.
I don’t like deflating the zodiac. So my daughter offered her van. I drove separately. Never been in her van. Get to marina, I open the back doors and it’s packed with sht. Had to deflate to get home. Next time I will rent a uhaul truck for $20.

That’s normal for us, not a square foot of floor goes uncovered. Do they jam in jet skis under the bows before they put in the next row of boats? Makes it hard to get to it. Ours is cold storage though, not supposed to be there working on them.

I came out almost three weeks ago due to recurrent flight training messing up my fall. Luckily, this is the last fall I will be doing that............

Wow. You guys sure have some beautiful vessels. Can only imagine the day-to-day work keeping them looking as they do. It must feel really good to get them safely tucked away for the cold season.

Heated and repairs allowed. I'm going to get my rear thruster diag'd over the winter. I made sure I had them place it in the building against a wall so the hatch can be opened.
