So looking at the power wash job after it dried was worst then last year. My storage place uses this marinas lift and guys to power wash and put on his trailer. I talked to the owner and a yard guy about the piss poor job and they said ya they lost their good guy two years ago.
So now I have to remove the waterline scum by hand….. so I am thinking if I do this next year I want to power wash the thing myself. I have never had this problem before at other marinas they always did a good job.
Have you guys run into this before?

I've always had to remove the scum line myself. The power washing only seems to get the growing crud off? Sounds like my expectations of "pretty good" are your "piss poor" :)

Once around with this stuff and the scum line is long gone...

Somebody didn't anchor in the shallows and do any scrubbing this summer. ;)
You know I was thinking on the drive out of there this morning ….. we never anchored out once this summer.
We talked about not spending so much time on the island next summer…… and we have some great beaches to anchor out on

I have a house project going, and I really didn’t feel like dealing with the boat this fall, but I knew I’d hate myself in the spring if I didn’t change the oil and gear lube. Even gave her a little bath. Here she is tucked in the shop for the winter, just need to throw the cover on after she drys for a couple of days.
