Congrats!! It just goes to show that there really is a boat out there for everyone if you are patient and keep looking!

What a coincidence! I have house on the water envy.
I would love to keep my slip on the sound, just across from the Gulf to remedy that, but, we're starting to run into some issues (on an Air Force Base, no less!).
People are squid fishing on our floating docks every night. It seems they can't be stopped. The docks got trashed. I spent 3 hours cleaning them, then raised a stink. Someone kicked out my shore power off the bottom of my dock box last night. I still haven't gotten approval to put in more pilings for a bigger boat - after over a year of planning. We may be moving. I love my spot, but I just can't believe the lack of respect or even decency out of our military community these days. We're getting really soft as a nation. We should all be scared.

That was a big part of my decision to leave the base marina. People have no respect for others property and consider it "community". We are looking forward to you joining us over at Pier!!!!! Which end are you going to try to get on?
Congratulations John,
Beautiful boat. I agree with you - it looks better than the '08 47SBs as well.
"Just pick up a few 'green slips'" and it will be covered!
Congratulations John. She's a real beauty. But, white? What will occupy your time now previously used maintaining that blue hull? Good luck with her! Sincerely, Brian
John, That's a very nice boat. Congrats. Enjoy it. I missed it in the thread; when is she coming home?
John,
This is who I used to ship the 400EC from Key Largo to Annapolis. kept me informed and delivered ahead of schedule. If you decide to go with him let him know I sent you. He's a good guy and did very well by me.
