I had a local upholstery shop do it for me. Now is a great time to get them done because those guys are not busy this time of the year, you'll get you a great price. They use the patterns from the old ones to make the new ones. Some of them were a challenge to get off, just work it slow and you won't break anything. The speakers were replaced with the same size as what is there. There was an amp with the radio, I removed it and the CD changer. Look on Amazon for good buys on marine radios. My kids wanted the USB inputs. We replaced the remote too. Send me an e-mail address and I can send you of some before and after pics.
