Thanks for the reply....I actually bought some "sail tape" last year, hoping it'd work, but it didn't. Intense sun lifted it off, (peeled back, bubbled etc. Sewing it may be an option though....Again, thanks for the reply.

I'm trying to find Cockpit Cover for my 21' '87 Seville Cuddy ? My old cover is shot. I'm trying to find a decent used cover ,(in good shape), without spending a fortune on one. My boat has some issues.....currently running fine, & in good shape, but......not sure how it will hold up...

I have a 1987, 21' Sea Ray Seville, w/ a i/o Mercruiser 470, 165hp, w/ a 2 barrel carb..... I always understood that this engine had a Cast Iron block, married to an Aluminum Head.....am I wrong about this ?? Has anyone ever installed a "cast iron" head to replace the Aluminum one ??? Has one...

Thanks Frank, I appreciate the input. The only panel I've removed & strengthened, (with no rot noticed), is the floorboard over the gas tank. No soft spots anywhere else. As for the spot in the engine compartment, the best access seems to be if I have the engine removed 1st before beginning...
