My windshield frame is pitted by weathering and age. Is there a company that sells stainless that can be used as a cap over the existing frame?

I am looking for ideas on removable dock bumpers. Our marina does not allow us to permanantly attach (bolt) bumpers to the slips. There is decent rubber on the slips, but I am looking for some extra protection on the finger corners and to keep the swim platform from banging the dock center.
