Morse "MY" throttle controls

Anyone have experience adjusting Morse dual throttle controls? I think mine need adjustment as my starboard engine does not throttle up past the mid point of the control. From idle to mid, the throttle control sticks are in sync with each other. From half to full throttle, the starboard engine is not accelerating. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

How old are the cables?

They were replaced just a few years ago... From what I can tell the cables are good and operate correctly. Problem is, the starboard engine throttle cable needs adjusting, as it appears it lost how it was "set". I think there are two adjustments, one on the engine at the carb, and the other at the control.
