Like jthatcher says, the seal at the base of the toilet. I had a leak there as well. It's called a floor flange seal. Easy to change once you lift up the toilet.
It probably burnt out. I had a non working one in my 320. Purchased a replacement from the dealer, installed and worked perfectly. It was also activated by the light switch for the floor illumination lights. Took about two minutes to swap out.

If the engine keys are turned to the on position down in the electric distribution panel below in the cabin, your engine hours are counting and accumulating regardless if your engines are actually on.
I would guess just a digital tv which a new one would be. When I upgraded tv's in my former 320, I received digital stations once I had it all plugged in and set up.
So it it looks like it is sitting on the frame when in fact there is the mattress within the frame border below and it rises up and then outward. It also has the folding split on the bottom so you can still easily access the A/C unit below and the storage area forward that.
