One of the Cruisair SMXII units in my 2002 460 is giving problems.

When the required temperature is set, say at 56 degrees, after a few minutes the required temperature starts to rise without any input from me.

As expected, as soon as it reaches the current room temperature the air con switches off.

The temperature required continues to rise to 60

Any thoughts please on how this can be fixed, I have tried a factory reset several times, and when swapping with a different unit, the problem moves with the controller.

Maybe try swapping out one of your other controllers and see if it works correctly with that unit. If the other controller works, send the bad one in for troubleshooting and repair or replace it completely.

If problem moves with controller, I would replace the controller. Probably not cost effective to try and fix it or pay for a service call.

Have the same problem since some days. When the salon unit is on, the temperature rises within some seconds to maximum. No reset possible.
As "flightsystems" discribes it as a problem of the UP button...and they offer a repair kit, which means a new control unit.
I will let my "electronic specialist" check that out, maybe he can fix it, but if not...-> online shop "flightsystems".
