Oh, does your boat have the Corsa exhaust? If not what is the opening on the stern stbd side?

Well, I sent MM the good news this morning so we will see how that works out. There are so many things that there are solutions for and you would hope the dealer would at least have a clue as to some of the problems you encounter. I guess if you own a Sea Ray its DYI boating; and of course all your good friends at Club Sea Ray.
When I first got it, my brand new 2006 240 Sundancer did the same thing for about a year. Red watery liquid would drip out of it for days and make a big mess in the cockpit anytime it got wet. It sometimes looked as though a quart of blood had been poured on the floor.
After being ignored at first by the dealership, then sending the first poor dealership dealer pictures, and 2 wasted trips to them for repair, it was finally fixed no charge as a warranty item by a much better one. The good folks at the 2nd SeaRay location, Marine Max in Seabrook TX, did the job, correctly diagnosing it, and got it fixed under warranty by Sea Ray. They had to replace the entire fiberglass base/back structure of the seat. The original seat base was a red color on its inside fiberglass surfaces, as seen under the cushion. The new seat base was black on its inside surfaces- no red anywhere - and the outer surface that shows is the same identical white gel-coat finish as the original. Absolutely nothing but clear water ever drains out of it now.
Hey guys, I am new to the site. I have a 96 240 Sundancer with the cockpit bimini and a camper canvas. I see lots of 240 SDs with the "rear" bimini but can't seem to find anyone that reproduces this with the frame. Is everyone getting this custom made for $1,200+? The additional shade would make the boat I love that much better!
This is a great site. Any info is greatly appreciated.
SD= Sundeck. DA= Sundancer. Thought you should know.
Welcome aboard.
Hey guys,
Question: Who can tell me whaqt the dimensions are for the transom hatch of a 240 sundancer from 2004?
I want to order a boatname sticker but I do not know how big/small it must be. The perfect place (IMHO) is the hatch
I have a 240 sundancer but it is not in my reach a this moment. I then must ride a hour to look up.....so maybe there is someone who is nearby his vessel??
I do not know if the transom hatch is the good correct name...so i have a picture also.
@Todd
I have heard that you lost your job...sorry to here!!
Greetings,
Marco
