I just came back from the marina cause Santa came a little early for me this year. Santa brought me a 32" LCD T.V. for the cabin. I mounted it yesterday and went back today to connect all the sound system, DVD, audio connection thingies so I can listen to it through the stereo system.

I know, I know,,,,, I'll post pictures of the install as soon as I remember to bring the trusty Canon out to the boat.

I asked for a new boat! I should find out if I get the 410 this week...:smt038

A 410 filled with coal for rentlessly torturing us winter bound folks with your balmy weather boating pictures that you post just to spite us.

Bad weather this week, it will be 8 days of rain before the sun comes out on Xmas day! I had to put a jacket on the other day! Besides, I can't tease too much since I am boatless...

My Parents will sneak down to my marina & pay next summer's slip rental. They did the same thing last year. :smt038
Plus give me $500 to buy something for the boat. :smt001

A new Fusion Stereo Head Unit and wired remote, a couple of impellers, fuel filters, and hope for a quick winter.

New ski gear! It's what I do during the off season.

Let's see, santa (me) got me a season's pass to the local ski area - started using it yesterday. I'm not sure what else I got me yet...

Smuggs, it's only 25 minutes away for me, vs 1.5 hrs or so each way. I get to Smuggs every weekend (last weekend I had a work proj so couldn't) at least one day a week, sometimes more if the snow is really good. I'll hit Stowe(I've actually skied across Sterling Pond to Stowe to ski there from Smuggs and then later skied back) , Jay, Sugarbush and Bolton (maybe Killington too) at least once this season like I usually do each season. I'm also talking to some friends about a couple trips out west, Denver and Salt Lake City to hit some mtns out there. I haven't been to Denver in a few yrs, and 2 since I was at SLC.

It's early in the season(my calves/thighs are telling me so), but Madonna 1(first day open - I was in the first 15 chairs up), and Sterling were open yesterday. All the groomers were open, not enough base for the woods yet, but once there is, that's where I hang out using the groomers to cross over into the next set of woods.

Hopefully, a 44DB, but for now, it's more back aches as I compounded, polished, and waxed about 1/3 of the blue today. That means it took less than 1/2 as long as last year. Once you get it all cleaned up, it sure goes fast.

We'll be at the island tomorrow night. That'll be nice.
