This summers gas prices....

We went camping and boating on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, Indiana. I used to keep my boat there for 10 years.

One of my friends decided to go and get some gas cause he thought he might run out. Unbelievable.

$8.92 a gallon!
That is crazy. Our marina is charging non-member $6.36/g. The member price is $4.57/g

I’m running 89 in fuel caddies for $3.79 a gallo. I buy 90 gallons at a shot

Meanwhile in CA…and this is the beginning.

Went past our local station yesterday. $3.96. Highest we have seen in awhile. PA has the 2nd highest gas tax in the country. We always run over to East Palestine, Ohio (yeah where the train derailed) and get gas for about .50/gallon cheaper.

3.35 at Sam's on 98N in Lakeland today.

Getting close enough to elections. Dems will run prices through the roof then drop them right before elections to say 'look how much we lowered gas prices'

Indeed - and if they lose the election, will take credit for pricing going down under an energy friendly administration…..

Futures oil prices are dropping because the economy is slowing down. I don't understand the logic this administration is using to curb inflation. Slow American economy by supporting foreign production and trade? Clown world. People in the US stop spending, so prices drop? Cracker Jack economics.

The damage this administration has done will be felt for years, possibly a decade. Between the fact nobody is held accountable for their crimes (including Hunter and Joe), the disrespect for authority/law enforcement that the left has taught, and mostly, the economy. I think we will be in financial stress for a very long time over all this spending and inflation.

Went to McD's today and got 2 value meals...$18. A few years ago that would have been $10-12. Between inflation and the younger generation demanding $15/hour to flip burgers and many not wanting to work it's driving prices up. I said this a few years ago. Our local McDs is hiring 14 year olds at $18/hour cause they can't get anyone else. Well if you are paying $18/hour that money has to come from somewhere.
All 4 of my kids worked at McD's when they turned 16. It wasn't a career and they knew they would have to find other jobs later to be able to pay their bills as adults.

But gas prices are down .20 in the last 6 months....lol <sarcasm>

3.59 here in western PA
