There's no way to get out to the ocean from Coeur d' Alene by way of the rivers. I've seen some surprisingly large boats being hauled down the freeways around here. Maybe they faked the name on their boat. 'Wouldn't put it past a blow-boat...Hey Nater, you’re from potato country. Friday i was riding around the river on zodiac. I saw a BIG sailboat from Core d Arlene (?). And thought that must be land locked. How do you get a large sailboat from there to MD. Trailer?

I wish the Shibu I bought went up enough that I could rescue some of them and give them to someone who would appreciate them (me of course)There is a Silverton 34EC with blue tarp over a broken windshield. And the Cruisair been running all winter and ain’t seen nobody on it since August. We got 3 SR 340ec in a row. Really nice boats, the cockpit upholstery is rotted and cracked on all 3 from lack of cover. They just sit there. Once a couple months the owners of the 3 come down, the cackling hens get all drunk on them then leave, boats never leave the slip.
One of those 340 sunk a month ago in last storm cause lack of maintenance.I wish the Shibu I bought went up enough that I could rescue some of them and give them to someone who would appreciate them (me of course)
However, Lewiston Id is a Seaport; not too far from all of the northern Id lakes. Access up through the Columbia river network. Any large boats on those lakes are probably trucked from Lewiston. There's no way to get out to the ocean from Coeur d' Alene by way of the rivers. True, yet there's no good roads out of Lewiston for hauling anything of size. Hwy12 to the West, and 95 to the North. It can be done, but I think most of the ships of size would come from Seattle, then through Spokane. Knowing what it's like hauling my 30-foot fifth-wheel along 95 in north Idaho, I know there's no way I'm dragging the 300DA down that road! However, Lewiston Id is a Seaport; not too far from all of the northern Id lakes. Spent 3 days cleaning up the office topside last week. Will be back this Friday for fuel filter change, fuel system inspection, and other neccesary tidbits of labor as required.
Got a Sundancer at the marina that looked pretty good a year ago, not so much now. I'm down every other week, have never seen anyone on it.
If You just on-off the water line she would look 10 times better I Hate that!
