Rod, Yes the taxes are higher than heck out there.

Heres the poop on that house.

It sat all last winter with NO heat and wasn't winterized. :wow:

It'll take at least $350K+ just to get it liveable and thats not counting the landscaping add another $30K for that. :wow:

And, They want a $50K certified check at the door just to bid on it. :wow:


I guess we'll stay out here in Cow-Country. :smt001
