Sorry for the boat needs to get wet comment... so far this has been one of the wettest Junes on Record. I stopped by the marina last night and the water was up 7'. Good news... fewer sand bars and dead heads this year
Tom, I watched your progress across the country and am glad you made it safely. It's a big, beautiful country and a pleasure to drive across no matter which route you take.
I don't know if you've splashed the boat yet but I bet you're getting anxious to do that.
Thanks for sharing your journey with us. I enjoyed reading it and I'm sure everyone else did also. I haven't done a long distance tow like that, only from Eastern WA to Portland a couple of times and one round trip to Anacortes. It's always an adventure!!
