So, lets talk weather....

We just had a nice spring shower, over now

Wind blowing 50-60 out of the north, wildfires all over northwest Oklahoma. I am so glad I retired from fire department on days like this
 
Took my first nap today, 75*, 30 minutes, outside by the pool, wearing a t-shirt and jeans. The warmth of the sun felt great.

No, the pool won't be open until Mother's Day!
 
Ok, Opening Day for the Tigers. High is guessed at 47° with the potential of rain and/or sleet and even the chance of thunder. Perfect..... :eek:

I did stop by the marina yesterday to sign the "I promise to be a good boy" form for the golf cart. There are maybe 10 boats floating and one was going in. A few had removed the shrink wrap but most still untouched.

Saw yesterday that Algonac Harbor Club started launching boats. Now just need to wait until they get to me, I am towards the back of the building. Staying at AHC this boating season. Spent 10 years at our last marina, which is great and I only have good things to say about it, but was ready for a change and I wanted a drive up well. Now, I just hope I don't spend too much money / time at the Tiki Bar.

You'll need to do some updates during the summer.....if it shows up this year. I love parking right at the well.

Cool man but we will be up in Lexington during that time. Sorry, we'll miss you guys, it was great getting the chance to meet you and your wife last season.

We are at NCYC the week before that weekend on a rendezvous ….then the week after we are back at NCYC just the wife and me. Trying to wear out the dinghy so I can get a new one :)
 
Current Weather in northern Wisconsin is 26F feels like 15F. Saturday looks promising, high of 40 and Sunday high of 50. We just cant catch a break this spring. Temps drop and we get more snow. Seems like the more I think about the boat the more it snows :(
 
SO, let’s talk weather!
Tuesday going to be upper 70s, planned take day off work to wax the boat.
Last evening car was fine. Today I go out and no dash gauges, tach dead speedo dead everything all gauges dead. Starts runs fine, going dealer tomorrow. Needless to say scrapped boat plans for Tuesday. I hope car doesn’t have Bravoitis. Once with that fiasco was enough.
 
Fresh 1/2" of snow this morning and 25F.

As of a few days ago, the bay and marina still socked in with ice. This next week will have some good Temps, some days in the 50s, so hoping Spring does her magic and gets things opened up.
