Slip rental fee for 2010

I do, however I did not buy mine from there new, I bought it from Oselka when they still sold them. There was an attempted thorping though when competing on price with my dealer!

30' boat on 35' dock on wellsley island, st. lawerence river, usa, 2 golf courses, 1 pool, 2 clean bath houses, free water, electricity, cable avail, 3 restaurants, 1550 per season may to oct plus the best boating and friends in marina you could ever ask for

Years ago when we purchased our first property on

the water the cost of taxes were less than the slip at the

local marina.

Now, twenty years and three houses later our taxes double

the marina costs.

Retiring to SC in less than 2 years and our 14K in taxes

drops down to 3.1K for 1.47 acres on the ICW!

Go over the bridge and you double the amount. Granted Wepaint and CCCruiser you have amenities. We do have a dock and the night life of Downtown Wareham (liquor store, bait shop and Cumberland Farms)! $117/ft plus $400 electric, same as last year.

... what a bunch of theives, it must be run by a politician

Believe it or not, the marina next door to this one is actually owned and run by a politician - the Kane County Clerk. In fact his campaign bus was parked near the trailer storage area to the west of the docks!

45 foot slip in Milwaukee’s County run marina is $ 3,947.00 April 15- November 1st. The county ran out of cash this past fall and offered boaters a 20% reduction if fee is by December 1st. That was a good offer but, wondering how generous they will be come 2011… They are modern floating docks with power, water, raised boater pavilion,
Showers, laundry facility, security, and parking in a lake (Michigan) front park. Very nice! We are a union operated marina. I’m wondering how many other marinas are city union operated?

New Buffalo slips--Personally, I think Harbor Point is the only slips in town to rent. When we want to go by water to dinner, in New Buffalo, we take the dingy to Bentwood and tie up right outside their resturant.

Well we just got our slip signed at Ontario Place, toronto....$2200.00 includes: one parking (car), electric, water, all season pass to Ontario Place and the CNE...lots of perks, like the Honda Indy, Airshow, and all kinds events...CANT WAIT, first full season with our boat...

What is the name of your marina?

$700/month no frills.... except the remote garage door opener !
Yeah but that boat house looks sweet!!!:smt038 I am in a Town owned slip went up $12/ft the past 2 years. Now cost $54 a foot which comes to a total of $1782 for second sat in may to Nov 15. I have to keep the boat @ my mechanics marina for 1st month. Fee includes 24 hr security, water & electric and thats about it! Local private marinas offering similar ameneties charge about $100 a foot. There is a restaurant right next door and a cool old fashioned sandwich shop in walking distance right up the block. Town also has a free pumpout and a bayfront park right with new playground equipt next door that the kids love.

I just got a confirmation that my marina are building 3 Gazebo's with BBQ's this spring. I am being told that they are completely open to our use. They are requesting that we have party's and BBQ's that we would normally have at home, there in the Gazebo's.

When I asked about beer policy, they said bring your own booze and food--use the gazebo's at will.
