30' boat on 35' dock on wellsley island, st. lawerence river, usa, 2 golf courses, 1 pool, 2 clean bath houses, free water, electricity, cable avail, 3 restaurants, 1550 per season may to oct plus the best boating and friends in marina you could ever ask for
Yeah but that boat house looks sweet!!!:smt038 I am in a Town owned slip went up $12/ft the past 2 years. Now cost $54 a foot which comes to a total of $1782 for second sat in may to Nov 15. I have to keep the boat @ my mechanics marina for 1st month. Fee includes 24 hr security, water & electric and thats about it! Local private marinas offering similar ameneties charge about $100 a foot. There is a restaurant right next door and a cool old fashioned sandwich shop in walking distance right up the block. Town also has a free pumpout and a bayfront park right with new playground equipt next door that the kids love.$700/month no frills.... except the remote garage door opener !
They let you use the cleats for free??? I'm moving!$5040 for me. As for frills, the slip includes the use of 4 galvanized cleats.
